| 3/4 | lb | Rotini pasta |
| 6 | Green onions; sliced -OR- | |
| 1/2 | -Red onion; thin sliced | |
| 1 | Red pepper, sweet | |
| 1 | Green pepper, sweet | |
| 1 | Yellow pepper, sweet | |
| 10 | Black olives; sliced | |
| 1/4 | c | Lemon juice; or vinegar |
| 1/4 | c | Olive oil |
Patrick Boyer is a 'dark horse' candidate for the leadership of Canada's conservative party and it is likely he will be Prime Minister. (He is also my local member of Parliament who throws a great Canada Day picnic every year.)
In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta til just tender. drain. Toss with onions, peppers, olives, lemon juice or vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste. SERVES: 5-6
